the staff were really friendly. the beds was one of the comfiest beds i have ever slept in. it was a great location for our gig in st james park. it was not too far from city centre or the quayside.
the room wasnt big. there was not alot of room if there is two people. rooms are really basic. the towels well could fit a child and there was only two, not even enough for the two of us.

The location offered convenient access to a nearby bus link. This made travel simple. I found ample free parking close to the premises. Check-in and check-out were very easy and efficient.
The room I occupied was not particularly spacious. The towels provided were rather small (suitable for a child, really). I could hear the cleaner, but no one came to replenish supplies.
