free parking lovely staff accessible transportation
the hotel offered convenient free parking nearby it was easy to come and go i found the staff lovely and helpful they made everything simpler. i appreciated the simple check in and check out processes it saved valuable time i could quickly settle in and depart without delays. the hotel is close to a bus link the transportation was very accessible.
the hotel lacks an elevator which might inconvenience guests on upper floors.

a heartwarming stay
lovely staff caring help
the staff were lovely and always made sure we had what we needed. i'll go back again, it was that comforting, the help was tender. i felt safe and cared for during my entire visit.
the room wasnt big, so not a lot of room if there is two people, this. the window was nailed shut, though i understand it is for safety, as the room was small it was stuffy and got hot quickly.

The room was very clean with comfy beds, it was like a warm embrace after a long day. sample items were available, just in case i forgot some of my own toiletries and essentials. Such thoughtfulness.

the hotel is around 15-20 minutes walk from the city centre, allowing exploration. a bus stop sits right outside, providing convenient access to the town centre. free parking close by is a huge plus!

free tea and coffee were available in reception and added to a warm welcome each time i entered. the nearby restaurants offered a good array of choices, and suited every romantic mood. i could not have asked for better.

the bathroom was recently renovated with a very modern look to it! a shower provided a refreshing cascade and the comfort of clean spaces was heartwarming. this hotel had everything i needed.

friendly staff comfy bed small room child towel
the staff were really friendly. the beds was one of the comfiest beds i have ever slept in. it was a great location for our gig in st james park. it was not too far from city centre or the quayside.
the room wasnt big. there was not alot of room if there is two people. rooms are really basic. the towels well could fit a child and there was only two, not even enough for the two of us.

The location offered convenient access to a nearby bus link. This made travel simple. I found ample free parking close to the premises. Check-in and check-out were very easy and efficient.
The room I occupied was not particularly spacious. The towels provided were rather small (suitable for a child, really). I could hear the cleaner, but no one came to replenish supplies.
